We will endevour to despatch your order within a couple of days of ordering. However, due to the huge range of goods on offer, it is inevitable that we may sometimes need to order goods to fulfil your request so please allow 14 days for delivery.

This shopping basket will only debit your charge card if all the products required are currently in stock.We will contact you if we cannot meet your requirements and will give you the opportunity to substitute, cancel or wait for us to order the items for you.

Payment by Cheque:

Please note that if a personal cheque is sent to us for payment we reserve the right to wait for the cheque to clear before mailing the order

Returns:

If, when your purchase arrives, it is not quite what you required, you are free to return the items to us at your own expense. Providing they reach us in a pristine and resaleable condition, the cost of the goods, excluding any original postage charges will be refunded. We reserved the right not to accept returns that are in any way damaged or have been opened.

Any items that are damaged in transit must be returned to us immediately. A replacement will be sent along with a refund for any postage costs incurred by the customer. Your advice by e-mail as to the problem would be appreciated under these circumstances.

Undelivered Items:

If, for whatever reason, a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will keep the parcel for 1 month before disposing of it. If requested by the customer, we can either re-deliver for a further postal charge equivalent to the original amount or we can, providing the goods reach us in a resalable condition, issue a refund less the original cost of shipping.

Lost items:

We always obtain proof of postage to the buyer’s address. In the event that your item should go missing we will do the following:

Your claim will always be investigated by Royal Mail for it’s legitimacy and to guard against fraud.

When the item has been missing for 30 days in the UK or 45 days for the rest of the world, we will provide Royal Mail with‘Lost Post’ form on your behalf. This normally takes 2-3 weeks to process after which, if they accept liability, a replacement will be dispatched.

International and European Orders

Shipments outside the U.K may be subject to tariffs, duties, value added tax (VAT), etc.

  • These costs are your responsibility
  • They are not included in our standard shipping charges
  • The shipping company will charge Customs fees
  • Contact your local Customs office for more information
  • Credit cards from outside the U.K may require additional verification.

Be aware that if you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and additional fees required to return the package to us.

Data Protection Act:

For the purposes of the Data Protection Act, none of your personal details, including e-mail addresses, are sold, shared with or made available to any other individual or company other than the operators of this site.
